通用输送机传动装置设计 【摘要】：随着制造业规模的扩大，生产批量的不断增长，生产线已经越来越广泛得应用于车间。输送机作为生产线的枢纽，其主要作用就是将工件从一个工序输送到下一个工序，它是由马达提供动力，通过变频器或变速器调节到所需速度进行工作。传动装置则是输送机的核心，研究其传动装置是关键所在。我选用了减速器作为输送机的传动装置，减速器是原动机和工作机之间的独立的闭式传动装置，用来降低转速和增大转矩以满足各种工作机的需要。减速器的种类很多，按照传动形式不同可以分为齿轮减器，蜗杆减速器和行星减速器；按照传动的级数可以分为单级和多级减速器。 根据通用输送机的特点，工作载荷比较平稳，选用展开式齿轮减速器，展开式齿轮减速器，结构简单，但齿轮相对于轴承的位置不对称，因此要求轴有较大的刚度。高速级齿轮布置在远离转矩输入端，这样轴在转矩作用下产生的弯曲变形可部分地互相抵消，以减缓沿齿宽载荷分布不均匀的现象。因此展开式齿轮减速器就是通用输送机传动装置所要设计的重点。 【关键词】： 传动装置 减速器 General conveyor gear design Writer ：Yang ding （Grdae05，Class1，Major in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Automation，Shaanxi University of Technology，Hanzhong723003，Shaanxi） Tutor：Ma Yuelin [Abstract]:With the expansion of the manufacturing sector, production volume is growing, the production line has become increasingly widely used in a workshop.
