小规模企业会计制度及内部控制机制 摘要 随着市场经济的日益发展及研究深入，我国小规模企业财务制度及内部控制机制所面临的市场环境影响也日趋增强，使得诸多小规模企业发展的不确定因素加深，也因此而面临着巨大的经营风险。而在一部分上，除去自身企业规模小，受到传统体制与宏观经济的经营风险因素外，小规模企业财务制度的不完善，与内部控制机制的理论缺失，也是其经营风险的形成原因之一。通过国内外各企业在企业管理中的分析与归纳，可得知企业财务制度的系统建立和内部控制机制之间是属于相辅相成，互相促进的关系。配置合理的企业财务制度及完善的内部控制机制的环境，是改善提高小规模企业发展的重要内容。 【关键词】财务制度;内部控制机制;小规模企业 Abstract along with the increasing development of market economy, Chinas small-scale enterprise financial system and internal control mechanism of the market environment has improved, making many small scale enterprise development uncertainty deepened, are therefore faced with the enormous business risk. In part, the removal of its small scale of enterprises, business risk factors by traditional system and macroeconomic, financial system of small scale enterprises is not perfect, the lack of theory and internal control mechanism, but also one of the reasons for the formation of operational risk. Through the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign enterprises in the enterprise management, between the system can know the enterprise financial system and the establishment of internal control mechanisms are complementary, mutually reinforcing relationship.
