Test your eyes. Show the picture /word card about jobs quickly. Ss say them out. Free talk :What do you do ? What does your mother/father do ? What does his/her mother/ father do ? Where does she /he work ? What do you want to be? Step2 Overview T: I am teacher. I work in our school. And we know, a postman works in a post office. Do you know where your parents work? Task: Where does your father/mother work? Interview your partners about the family’s jobs and workplaces. Then report the result in the groups. Step3 Presentation Let’s learn Show a picture of pilot. T:This is our task 1 .Can you find a pilot? Prctice it group by group. (2) Show a picture of fisherman. T: Look at this man. What does he do? (Fish-fisher-fisherman) Where does he work? He works at sea/. Practice the conversation between two groups. T: Is your uncle a fisherman? What does he do? (3) Show a picture of scientist. T: Look at this woman. Is she a fisherwoman? What does she do? Where does she work? （university: u-ni-ver-si-ty, university） Teach scientist by phonics. Science- scientist , art- artist T: Do you want to be a scientist? T: Can you say some names of scientists? (4)Learn the words “coach” in the same way. Encourage them to say phrases: a football coach, a basketball coach, a swimming coach. Notice: A pilot works on a plane. A coach works in a gym. (4) Show the head of Oliver’s aunt. T: Look. This is Oliver’s aunt .What does she do ? Can you gu
