香港的舆论监督对内地媒体的借鉴 河北经贸大学毕业论文 摘要 舆论监督是新闻媒体的一项基本职能，提高媒体舆论监督能力具有十分重大的意义。内地舆论监督目前面临着一系列难题，要想解决这些难题，除了要保持自身的优良传统，更要吸收借鉴别人的先进经验，以促进内地舆论监督的自我完善。 由于社会制度、开放程度的不同，加之香港独特的地理位置及政治经济地位，香港媒体在进行舆论监督方面有许多值得内地媒体借鉴的经验，其对政府部门、公众人物、重大事件的监督取得良好效果，但也出现严重的娱乐化、低俗化倾向。内地媒体应结合自身实际和所处环境，有选择地进行借鉴，“择其善者而从之，其不善者而改之”，取其精华，为我所用。 关键词 舆论监督；香港媒体；内地媒体 Abstract Supervision by public opinion is a basic function of news media 1.It is very significant to improve the medium’s ability of supervision by public opinion. Inland supervision by public opinion is confronted with a series of difficult problems at present. If want to resolve these difficult problems, except needing to keep self#039;s fine traditions,it is more important to absorb and draw on the advanced experiences of others, to promote the self-perfection of inland supervision by public opinion. Since the diversity of social system and opening degree , adding to the particularity of Hong Kong geographic location and politics economic status ,Hong Kong mediums have many experiences which are worthy for the inland medium to draw lessons in the aspect of supervision by public opinion. The supervision which are aimed at the government departments , public figures and significant events by Hongkong mediums get fine effects.But it also appears a recreational and vulgar tendency severely. Inland mediums should combine with the reality and environment which they are in, drawing lessons alternatively. “ choose other’s advantages to comply with , and change their disadvantages. ; , absorbing the quintessence and make use of it.
