英文摘要 历史文化街区改造中的社会稳定风险评估—以天赐庄为例 The social stability risk assessment applied in the historic and cultural block reconstruction project --a case of Tianci Zhuang historical and cultural blocks transformation project Abstract In recent years, with the increasing awareness of the value of the historic conservation area, governments at all levels have attached more attention to the protection, development and utilization of the historical and cultural blocks existing in our modern cities. At the same time, the government should also not ignore the importance of social risk assessment which can effectively avoid potential risks occurred during the rebuilding process, which may pose to social stability. The analysis and evaluation of social stability risk factors improves the capability of risk control and risk management. On the basis of the risk analysis and evaluation, this paper putted forward specific risk factors occured in the historic and cultural block reconstruction project and established a project assessment model which based on the assessing the occurrence probability, degree and grade of the individual risk as well as the 428th document of National Development and Reform Commission in 2013 and other related documents. In the end, this paper prensented a detailed description of the social stability risk assessment of Tianci Zhuang historical and cultural blocks transformation project.
