ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Digital campus is a powerful driving strength in realizing campus information system. Especially for recent ten years, it has come to shape a highly-developing career. By now, its intension becomes more and more luxuriant. At the same time, the fore-built systems have shown its shortage in accommodating those splendid applications. Such a problem heavily blocked the process of campus information system. Furthermore, that makes it necessary to buy more and more devices and software system for schools. In a word, traditional digital campus architecture becomes impossible to support itself. And it is inevitable to introduce new architecture. Through study, we find that cloud computing is a distributing and SOA architecture which is just fitful for nowadays digital campus. Using campus cloud service platform, the traditional digital campus service mechanism is changed. To achieve perfect system QoS performance, we introduce two technical lines--―Dynamic‖ and ―Static‖ to develop our work. Just as other cloud computing, XaaS is also the basic feature of campus cloud. So, in building cloud campus service platform, we choose the most pivotal problem-ensuring QoS capability- as our main research object because it is also the most meaningful for campus cloud.
