摘要 洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE XXIV PAGE I 水泥厂石灰石破碎及预均化系统电气控制设计 摘 要 本次设计的内容为水泥厂石灰石破碎及预均化系统电气控制设计，主要是以PLC作为控制设备，实现对水泥厂石灰石破碎与预均化系统的自动控制。石灰石的破碎及预均化处理是水泥生产的基础性环节，在整个生产流程中占有很重要的地位。 本设计内容主要包含以下几个方面：根据所给的有关设备资料和要求完成符合工程实际要求的供配电系统图；根据控制需要合理设置必要的检测元件和控制设备；设计二次系接线图；制定控制流程图；进行程序设计调试；编制设计说明书；绘制有关图纸。首先，了解本论题的相关资料和工艺流程，形成开题报告。然后针对课题的基本要求收集资料，对现有方法进行整理比较，确定方案。根据方案资料设计主电路，设计二次电路，解决怎么把二次设备与控制器相连的问题，设计程序，写说明书和绘制有关图纸。 关键词：石灰石，预均化，PLC，流程图，程序设计 The Electrical Control System Design of Crushing and Pre Cement Limestone ABSTRACT The content of this design for cement limestone crushing and homogenizing system of electrical control design ,Mainly PLC as a control device, automatic control of cement limestone crushing and conveying system .The limestone crushing and processing is a fundamental part of cement production pre-homogenization, occupies very important position in the whole production process. This design content mainly includes the following several aspects :According to the requirements of the given information about the equipment and to meet the requirements of practical engineering for power distribution system diagram ;According to the need of control reasonable set up necessary detecting element and control equipment ;Design department of secondary wiring diagram; Make the control flow chart ;Adjustment of the program design; Prepare design specifications ;Drawing on the drawings .First of all,in this related information and the technological process, form the opening report .Based on the basic requirements of subject to collect data, the existing methods are compared, and finishing scheme is determined. According to the scheme design of main circuit, design of secondary circuit, how to solve the problem of secondary equipment connected to the controller, the design program, written instructions and draw the relevant drawings.
