男男性行为者社会支持现状研究 1 1 2 3 1 1 1 3 王毅 ,李六林 ,张光贵 ，樊静 ,赵西和 ,杨红 ,姚卫 ,周力 摘 要：目的 了解男男性行为者（MSM ）社会支持现状。方法 采用滚雪球抽样法 使用肖水源编制的社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对绵阳城区402 例MSM 进行问卷调查和血清 学检测。结果 各维度及总分平均得分分别为：客观支持（6.68±2.10 ）分、主观支持 （17.21±4.30）分、对社会支持的利用度（7.23±1.71 ）分、总分（31.12±5.86 ）分，均低于 全国常模（均P ＜0.01 ）。对社会支持的利用度与HIV 感染，主观支持、社会支持总分与 梅毒感染相关性有统计学意义（均P ＜0.01 ）。年龄与客观支持、主观支持、社会支持总 分呈正相关（分别有r=0.099 、0.307、0.219，均P ＜0.05 ），与对支持的利用度呈负相关 （r=-0.142 p ,＜0.05 ）。婚姻状况、职业、性取向与客观支持，文化程度、婚姻状况、性 取向与主观支持、社会支持总分，婚姻状况与对支持的利用度相关性有统计学意义（均 p ＜0.05 ）。结论 MSM 社会支持普遍较低，具一定社群特性，与HIV/梅毒感染和人口学 特征相关。 关键词： 男男性行为者；社会支持；现状 Analysis on the Current Situation of the Social Support of MSM WANG Yi, LI Liu-lin, ZHANG Guong-guj et al （Center for Disease Prevention Control of Mianyang City ,Mianyang 621000, Chana ） Abstract ：Objective to find out the current situation of the Social Support of MSM Methods to adopt the Snowball Sampling and SSRS established by Xiaoshuiyuan through which 404 MSM are recruited anonymously to take questionnaire investigation in Mianyang. . Results points of each dimension and the average of total points are: objective support （6.68±2.10 ）, subjective support （17.21±4.30）, availability of benefiting from social support （7.23±1.71 ）, total points （31.12±5.86 ）; all points are below national average( P ＜0.01). The correlation of the availability of social support has statistical significance with HIV infection, subjective support, total points and syphilis infection. Age is positive related with objective support, subjective support, total points( r=0.099 、0.307、0.219 ）, and is negative related with the availability of social support （r=-0.142 ）（p ＜0.05 ）.
