楔状缺损充填治疗中不同材料的运用效果探讨 (射洪县洋溪中心卫生院 四川遂宁629202) 【摘要】目的：分析运用不同材料充填治疗牙体楔状缺损患者的临床效 果。方法：将我院2013年2月?2016年5月收治的98例牙体楔状缺损患者作为 研究对象，根据充填治疗所用的材料将其分为对照组(n=50)和实验组(248), 对照组采用玻璃离子，实验组采用光固化复合树脂，比较两组治疗总有效率及修 复效果。结果：两组0.5年内的疗效无显著性差异(P0.05)；实验组治疗总有 效率为93.75%(45/48),治疗后1年、1.5年的修复成功率分别为97.92%(47/48) 93.75% (45/48),明显高于对照组 80% (40/50)、84% (42/50)、80% (40/50), 差异显著(PV0.05),具有统计学意义。结论：给予牙体楔状缺损患者光固化复 合树脂材料充填进行治疗，可显著提高治疗有效率，远期疗效较好，具有较高的 临床价值。 【关键词】牙体楔状缺损；充填治疗；不同材料；临床效果 【中图分类号】R781.05 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231 (2016) 22-0015-02 [Abstract] Objective To an a lyze differe nt material filling the clin ical effect of treatment of patients with tooth wedge-shaped defects? Methods: our hospital from February 2013 to May 2016 treated 98 cases of patients with tooth wedge-shaped defects as the research object, according to the packing materials used in the treatment of it can be divided into control group and experimental group (n=50) (n=48), control group adopts glass ion, the experimental group with light-cured composite resin, comparing the two groups total effective treatment and the effect of repair. Results The curative effect of two groups of 0.5 years there was no significant differenee (P0.05); Treatment group total effective rate was 93.75% (45/48), 1 year after treatment, the success rate of repair of 1.5 years were 97.92% (47/48), 93.75% (45/48), significantly higher than the control group 80% (40/50), 84% (42/50), 80% (40/50), significant difference (P0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion For patients with tooth wedge-shaped defect light-cured composite resin material filling treatment, can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, the Iong-term curative effect is better, has higher clinical value.
