PAGE 青岛理工大学琴岛学院 Qingdao Technological University 论文题目：济宁市对外贸易发展战略探析 学士学位论文 培养院系：琴岛学院经贸系 专 业：国际经济与贸易 论文作者：姜鹏 学 号：20050511037 指导教师：赵玲玲 2009年6月 摘 要 随着经济全球化，入世后过渡期与全球金融危机等国际因素，以及对外贸易体制与对外贸易政策等国内因素的影响，济宁市对外贸易外部环境和内部条件发生了重大变化，存在机遇的同时也面临着挑战。经济全球化与入世后过渡期在给经济带来巨大能量和利益的同时，也给经济带来了不平衡、不平等和不稳定。国内贸易政策和体制的变化为经济发展提供了新的动力，然而，各地区的具体情况不同，政策和体制的变化也会成为经济发展的阻力。济宁市对外贸易呈逐年稳步快速发展的趋势，但在良好发展的同时也存在着诸多问题，因此，济宁市对外贸易发展急需在战略上进行规划。本文首先对济宁市对外贸易发展现状进行了阐述，然后针对现状运用SWOT因素分析法系统评估了影响济宁市对外贸易发展战略的优势，劣势，机会与挑战因素。最后得出济宁市制定对外贸易发展战略的各种措施与建议，从宏观与微观上共同规划，制定合理的措施，促进对外贸易的发展，进而促进国民经济的快速稳步发展。 关键词：机遇，挑战，贸易现状，SWOT分析，战略措施 ABSTRACT With the economic globalization, the transition period after accession to the WTO and the global financial crisis and other international factors, as well as foreign trade system and foreign trade policy and other domestic factors, Jining Foreign Trade of the external environment and internal conditions have undergone major changes, there are opportunities and challenges.
