欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的疗效观察蒋剑娟 道县人民医院 湖南道县425300 【摘 要】目的探讨探讨欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术在宫缩乏力产后出血治疗 屮的应用效果。方法收集2014年8月至2015年8月我院收治的宫缩乏力产 后出血产妇60例，釆用随机数字法分为2组，对照组(n=30)产妇采用传统治 疗法进行治疗，观察组(n=30)产妇采用欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术进行治疗, 比较两组产妇回病房后2h出血量及术后2h~24h出血量和不治疗效果。结果观 察组产妇回病房后2 h出血量为27.39plusmn;12.03 mL,对照组为 69.38plusmn;31.64mL, Plt;0.05；观察组组产妇术后 2h~24 h 出血量为 79.22plusmn;42.67mL,对照组为 191.34plusmn;77.28 mL, Plt;0.05；观察组 产妇治疗有效率为100.00%,对照组为86.67%, Plt;0.05o结论 欣母沛联合 B-Lynch缝合术可有效提高宫缩乏力性产后出血的治疗效果，对于减少产妇产后 阴道出血量，提高产后身体恢复效果均具有积极作用，值得推广应用。 【关键词】欣母沛；B-Lynch缝合术；宫缩乏力；产后出血 【Abstract ] objective to discuss the mother yan pei joint B - Lynch suture technique in contractions fatigue application effect in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Collected in August 2014 to August 2015, our hospital con tractions fatigue maternal postpartum hemorrhage of 60 cases, by using random Numbers are divided into two groups, control group (n = 30) women treated with traditional therapy, observati on group (n 二 30) maternal the mother ya n pei joint B -Lynch decompression treatment, compared two groups of maternal back ward 2 h after the bleeding and postoperative 2 h ~ 24 h blood loss and no treatment effect.Results observation group 2 h after maternal back ward the bleeding was 27.39 + / - 12.03 mL，69.38 + / - 31.64 mL, the control group (P lt; 0.05； 2 h to 24 h after observing way ChanFuShu blood loss was 79.22 + / - 42.67 mL, 191.34 + / - 77.28 mL, the control group (P lt; 0.05； Observation group maternal treatment effective rate was 100.00%, control group was 86.67%, P lt; 0.05) .Conclusion mother yan pei joint B -Lynch suture technique can effectively improve the contractions fatigue effect for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage, to reduce maternal postpartum vaginal haemorrhage amount, improve the effect of postpartum recovery have a positive role, is worthy of popularization and application. 【Key words 】 mother hin repeatedly； B - the Lynch suture technique； Contractions are weak； Postpartum hemorrhage
