This design provides excellent and comfortable working environment for the staff within the office building. The office building with a total construction area of 4900, building a total of 5 layers, each story are 4m. Design elements include: air-conditioned room cooling load in summer and winter heat load calculation; determining air-conditioning programs; the selection of air handling equipment and heat exchangers, pumps, cooling towers and other related equipment;; selection of cold and heat source equipment thermal system design; wind and water systems of hydraulic calculation; design of ventilation and smoke control systems and so on.
