毕业设计 题 目 玉米苗期残膜回收机具的设计 学 院 专业班级 学生姓名 指导教师 撰写日期： 201年 月 日 本文对玉米苗期残膜回收机具进行了设计，主要用于小田作业，目的是回收 清除废旧膜地膜，净化土壤，保护农田生态环境，较好地防止农田污染和公害， 降低成木。 针对现有的各型苗期地膜回收机在推广使用过程屮，在地头需要人工协助卷 膜，且在工作中经常出现起膜、收膜不同步，须停车重新卷膜，收膜效率较低的 问题，设计一种新型苗期整膜回收机，将起膜，卷膜机构作为研究重点。本设计 主要包括玉米残膜回收机的机架、起膜铲、起膜轮、送膜轮、传动链轮、残膜回 收箱。通过起膜铲和起膜轮将土壤里的残膜卷出至送膜轮，再由送膜轮送入残膜 回收箱，完成残膜回收。 关键词：苗期地膜回收机，起膜轮，送膜轮 abstract In this paper, the design of corn plastic film recycling machine, mainly used for small farmland to recycling waste plastic film,purify the soil,protect agricultural ecological environment, better void farmland pollution, reduce the cost. According to the existing seeding mulching film recovery machine application, it s need farmer to assist, and in the work, the film is not synchronous, shall stop the reroll film, the film and have the problem of low efficiency.A new design of seedling whole film recovery machine as the research key? This design mainly comprises a frame, com plastic film collector,loosening shovel, membrane wheel,film feeding wheel, sprocket,plastic film recycling box. The shovel and membrane wheel will make the plastic film out of the soil to the feeding wheel,then the film feeding wheel send the plastic film into the remnant recycling box, complete the work.
