医院信息管理系统(HIS)对医患关系、医疗纠纷的改善作用

【摘要】目的:探讨医院信息管理系统(HIS)对医患关系、医疗纠纷的改 善作用,为临床各科室管理提供参考。方法:选取2013年5月至2014年12月 于我院呼吸科、消化科、妇科、儿科、口腔科就诊的病人病历432份为研究样木, 入院后进行药房管理、病区管理、手术管理等基木信息管理的样木纳入对照组 (216例),进行HIS系统信息管理的纳入观察组(216例),回顾性分析患者临 床资料及医院人事科记录资料,比较两组在医患关系优良率、医疗纠纷发生率方 面的差异,分析HIS系统对医患关系、医疗纠纷的改善作用。结果:样木分析显 示,观察组医患关系优良率88.9%明显高于对照组74.1% (Plt;0.05);观察组 医疗纠纷发生率2.3%与对照组6.5%比较显著较低(Plt;0.05)o结论:HIS系统 的建立可有效提高医院科学管理水平,增加管理效率与准确性,对医患关系有明 显改善作用,且能有效降低医疗纠纷发牛率,提高管理质量,值得在临床推广应 用。

[Abstract 】Objective To in vestigate the effects of hospital in formation management system (HIS) in improving the doctor-patient relationship and medical
disputes, and to provide reference for clinical management of different departments.Methods 432 medical records of patients who were treated in the Departme nt of respiration, digestology, gyn ecology, pediatrics and Stomatology of our hospital between May 2013 and December 2014 were selected as the study samples. Samples which recorded basic information such as pharmacy management, ward man ageme nt and operatio n man ageme nt after admissio n were in eluded in the control group (216 cases). Samples which were involved in the HIS information man ageme nt system were in eluded in the observatio n group(216 cases). The clin ical data of patients and records of personnel department of the hospital were retrospectivelya nalyzed. The good and excelle nt rate of doctor-patie nt relati on ship and incidenee of medical disputes were compared between the two groups.
