The pace of Chinas commercial banks “going out” have been speed up. This paper state the the concept of foreign direct investment, development stage of foreign direct investment and the way of foreign direct investment.By industrial and Commercial Bank of China as an example of the Commercial Bank of our countrys foreign direct investment present situations analysis. In order to find the successful experience and problems of industrial and Commercial Bank of foreign direct investment. On this basis sort out problems of our countrys commercial banks foreign direct investment, countermeasures are put forward to promote the healthy development of Chinas commercial banks foreign direct investment. Mainly includes the establishment and perfect policy and service system, pay attention to the diversification of means of payment,?implement diversified investment, Choose the correct investment location and accelerate the implementation of management talent internationalization.
