西安石油大学本科毕业设计（论文） 史杰 论无形资产对外向型企业核心竞争力的影响 摘要：1997年初,美国总统克林顿公开采纳了“知识经济”的提法,指出未来新的经济,将是知识经济。处于知识经济时代第一位的生产要素——无形资产, 在企业经济活动中所占的比重和地位日益提高。随着知识经济时代的到来，无形资产对于提升外向型企业的核心竞争力方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。如何通过管理无形资产，提升核心竞争力，成为摆在各个外向型企业面前的一个现实问题。本文系统的分析了无形资产经营与企业发展的关系,尤其是无形资产经营对提升外向型企业核心竞争力的影响。而我国外向型企业应充分重视无形资产的作用，并理解企业核心竞争力的特征和要素，充分发挥无形资产的延伸、融资、扩张和投资等功能来提高外向型企业的核心竞争力。最后针对我国外向型企业无形资产管理中存在的诸多问题，提出了加强无形资产管理，提升企业核心竞争力的对策。 关键词：无形资产；核心竞争力；管理 the Effect on the Core Competitiveness of Export-oriented Enterprise from Intangible Assets Abstract: In early 1997, US President, Bill Clinton openly adopted the term, knowledge-based economy, and pointed out that the economy of the future is the knowledge-based economy. In the age of the knowledge-based economy, the he first factor of production is intangible assets, which has gradually increasing of its proportion and status in business operation. With the coming of the knowledge-based economy time, the intangible assets are playing a significant role of promoting the core competitiveness of export-oriented enterprise, so how to use the management of intangible assets to enhance their core competitiveness has become a practical problem for each export-oriented enterprise. This essay analyzes the relationship between the management of intangible assets and the development of enterprise, especially for the influence on the core competitiveness of export-oriented enterprise. Therefore, export-oriented enterprise in our country should pay full attention to the role of intangible assets and understand the features and factors of core competitiveness as well as give full play to the functions of intangible assets, including financing, investment, extension and expansion, to improve the export-oriented enterprises core competitive ability. At last, the essay puts forward some proposals to solve the problems by strengthening the intangible assets management and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, which exist
