(See Exceptions) Exterior holes cannot be positioned on the class A surface in front of the cammed up wheel opening area. (See Exceptions) Exceptions Each Fender is specific for each of the 3 die tips where holes may be installed. Even when these general rules are applied the feasibility of piercing the holes must be reviewed by the die engineer. Exceptions to the general rules may be feasible.
