黄河科技学院毕业论文 第 PAGE III 页 我国外贸企业如何防范汇率风险 摘要 从狭义的角度看，最常见的分类是按照外汇产生的时点将外汇分为：交易风险、折算风险和经济风险。外贸企业规避和弥补汇率风险的态度大致可以分为三类：风险厌恶型，规避风险；风险偏好型，不惧怕风险；风险中性型。我国涉外企业目前的汇率风险管理理念通常有两大类,一是经营式风险管理法,二是契约式风险管理法。企业外汇交易风险的管理方法包括四大类：衍生工具避险法；货币市场保值法；资产负债匹配法以及其他方法。企业面临外汇经济风险,可从营销、生产、财务等战略角度作出抉择。企业应对经济风险的战略构成要素包括：生产，销售，财务等。折算风险控制战略的核心是:增加硬币资产、减少软币资产,同时减少硬币债务、增加软币债务。这样的战略可以通过调整资金流量和风险对冲等两方面的策略来体现。 关键词:汇率风险,交易风险,经济风险,折算风险 How do Chinas foreign trade enterprises guard against exchange rate risks Abstract Author:Hu ji kui Tutor:Jiao pin shun From the narrow point of view, the most common classification which is based on the Exchange will be generated, when the Exchange is divided into: transaction risk, economic risk and the risk of conversion.The attitude of the foreign trade enterprises trying to avoid exchange rate risk can generally be divided into three categories: positive-type that is all to make up for; intermediate type, that is to make up for part of place; negative type , do not take remedial measures.
