Dervaux A. Dervaux 振动光饰/Tumbling 目的 / Target 为了保证正确操作,特制定此章程. In order to ensure the proper operation of the tumbling, we made this standard procedure . 操作/Operation 设备型号/Machine: LMJ 600A 控制面版/control panel： 1 1 ８6７5432 ８ 6 ７ 5 4 3 2 １。电源/power ２。启动/Start ３。水泵/Pump start ４。点升/lift ５。点降/drop ６。停止/Stop ７。自动/手动/auto/manual ８。定时/Timer 1. 每天开始工作前更换清洁水/change the clean water each day 1。 拧开阀门，放出脏水； Open the valve and pipe out the dirty water 2. 关闭阀门 　　Close the valve.. 2。清洗水桶，重新装入洁净水； Clean the barrel and refill the clean water. 1。转动3号键，启动水泵，给容器加水 Turn the button 3, start the water pump to add water inside the container 注意： 水只要能润湿磨料既可，一般约18升。 Note: Don’t add too much water, It is enough that the abrasive is wetted. The total volume is about 18 liters. 2. 检查磨料/inspection of the abrasives 1。 确认磨料的棱角，如棱角已无，请更换。 Confirm that the abrasive with the proper edges and corners. If without that, please replace the abrasives. 3. 确认加载零件数量及工单/Confirm the quantity of the parts and the job order. 清点将要加入的零件数量及所对应的工单。 Count the quantity of the parts and check the job orders waiting for the loading. 加载数量要符合ＩＴ要求 The quantity of the loading must satisfy the IT. 4。加载工件/Loading the parts １。将零件均匀撒在容器内 Place the parts uniform in the container 5。盖上盖，启动设备/ Cover and start tumbling １。按下按键5，使顶盖水平即可，不要降得太低，以免阻碍振动。 Push the button 5　until the cover are in the lever. Don’t drop it too low to block the vibration. ２。将开关7拨到自动档，确认工作时间8，按下按键２，开始工作。 Turn the key7 to the auto ,confirm the working time, push the button２ to start the tumbling. 6。取零件/Taking the parts out 升起盖板（按键4），装上挡板 Lift the cover（button 4） and install the baffle. 将零件取出放于桶中 Taking the parts out into the barrel. 7。清点零件数量，清洗干净吹干/ Count the quantity of the parts and blow the parts １。清点零件数量，保证与加载数量
