2万吨/年硫酸法钛白黑段设计 摘 要 针对攀枝花钛精矿原料的特性，本设计采用硫酸法生产钛白粉工艺，设计规模为年产量2万吨。生产过程包括原矿粉碎、酸解、沉降、泥浆压滤、结晶、圆盘过滤、控制过滤、浓缩以及三废处理等工序并对这些工序工艺进行了设计，提出了各工序的工艺流程图。在设计中，以每天产能为依据，对酸解、沉降、结晶、浓缩等工序进行物料衡算和热量衡算，为设备选型提供了依据。 在设备选型阶段，对主要设备进行了计算和选型。通过物料衡算、热量衡算及设备选型和车间布置说明，最后得出了设计说明书、设备定型一览表和带控制点的流程图。 关键词： 钛白粉，硫酸法，黑段工程设计 ABSTRACT In view of the characteristics of limonite raw materials in Pan Zhihua, this paper designs with titanium white sulfuric acid production process and the scale of annual production is 20,000 tons.
