PAGE / NUMPAGES 作者：ZHANGJIAN 仅供个人学习，勿做商业用途 摘 要 随着国内经济的飞速发展，我国的中小企业迅猛发展起来，为地区的经济发展，增加了就业岗位，同时也缓解了我国的就业压力，实现科技创新与成果转让等方面发挥出越来越重要的作用，决定了必须重视中小企业的生存与发展。现阶段，金融不仅是国家对经济进行宏观调控的重要杠杆，也深刻影响着我国社会经济生活的各个方面。由于中小企业自身的特点，即规模小，可控资源更为稀缺，又往往处于快速发展阶段，需要大量的资金的投入，所以，大多数中小企业都面临着融资难的困境，严重阻碍中小企业的发展。我国目前中小企业融资难，存在企业本身﹑金融机制﹑政府三个层面的多方面的原因，为此要制定相应的治理办法。就中小企业融资难问题，进行分析研究，并提出解决中小企业融资的相关对策。 关键词：中小企业；融资；融资渠道；融资方式；直接融资 summary With the rapid development of domestic economy, the medium and small enterprises in China developed rapidly, as the regions economic development, increase employment, but also ease the pressure of employment in our country, realizing the transfer of scientific and technological innovation and achievements play an increasingly important role, the decision must pay attention to the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises. At present, finance is not only an important lever of national macro economic regulation, but also a profound impact on all aspects of our social and economic life. Due to its characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, the scale is small, the controllable resources more scarce, and often in the stage of rapid development, require substantial capital investment, therefore, the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with financing difficulties, a serious obstacle to development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Our country at present the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, enterprise itself, three aspects of financial mechanism, the governments reasons in many aspects, therefore should formulate corresponding management measures.
