长沙市水风井社区1#栋基坑工程支护设计 摘要 长沙水风井社区1#栋基坑位于营盘路与芙蓉路交汇出的西南角，为市中心繁华区 。基坑四周有管网分布，西北角有待拆除建筑物，基坑东侧有1栋4层房子，北边19.5m 外有一栋8层建筑。南边20.3m外一栋7层建筑。基坑所处地段地质情况较为复杂，地下 2 水位较高。基坑开挖深度为9m，基坑面积约272.32m ，基坑周长约为77.6m 。 据所提供的详勘报告，并参考相关的建筑规范和工地的具体情况，完成了长沙水 风井社区1#栋基坑的基坑支护设计、施工设计以及基坑监测设计，确定支护方案采用 单排桩支护、内支撑联合支护；降水方案采用基坑外悬挂式止水帷幕、基坑外侧设置 明沟排水的截水体系；在基坑基本设计完成后，完成了对基坑进行监测设计任务，监 测的内容主要包括单排桩位移变形、内支撑形变、支护桩内力、内撑内力以及基坑周 围环境的影响等。就计算设计完成的基坑工程进行了基坑造价分析。 关键词：基坑支护方案；单排桩；内支撑；止水帷幕；监控量测；基坑造价 1 The design of 1# building’s Foundation Pit Engineering in Changsha Shui Fenjing community Abstract 1# building’s foundation pit engineering in Changsha Shui Fengjing community is located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Yin Pan road and Fu Rong road.Around the foundation pit, there is a distribution of underground pipelines.There is a construction to be demolish in the northwest corner of the pit.And in the east, there is a building with 4 floors.On the north side of the pit, there is a construction with 8 layers 19.5m away the pit and on the opposite orientation, there stands another construction which his 7 layers high and 20.3m away the pit. Geological condition of the pit site is complex.The underground water is in the high level. The depth of excavation is 9m.The pit area of about 272.32m2 and the pit perimeter is about 77.6m. According to the survey report and reference relevant to building codes and specific circumstances of site, I have completed Changsha Shui Fengjing community1# building’s foundation pit support design, construction design and monitoring design.The support scheme is determined to use single pile combined withe the inner support; Suspended curtain
