Abstract
With the rapid development and application of sports science and technology, there has been a great change in physical fitness training. It is mainly reflected in increasingly scientific training modes, stronger functional-requirement training, efficient recovery training and diverse training methods. The emergence of new fitness equipments has promoted the development of physical training, such as markers, elastic bands, balance disc, six corner, Bo-speed ball, ladder, etc. They have updating traditional physical training methods. Besides, according to the special characteristics of some projects, combinations of corresponding training methods which has become a trainable pattern is one type of physical training. In various workout programs especially Aerobics, fitness training plays a very important role. Its flexible characteristic requires movers to have good coordination, flexibility, strength, and endurance qualities. The aims of this paper are as follows. Firstly, this paper intends to introduce new sports science and technology into the public physical education; students majoring in public aerobics are required to do ladder training, tablet support training and stretching exercises; through short-term experimental study this paper explore whether this new training model is feasible, whether it is suitable for non-professional movers and whether the teaching method is in favor of the application of modern fitness training method in college Sports Aerobics courses.
