PAGE 2 PAGE 1 XXXX大学 毕 业 论 文 农村剩余劳动力转移问题研究 ——以XX市为例 系　　　　　　别： XXXX 专业名称： XXXXXXXX 学生姓名： XXX 学　　　　　　号： XXXXXXXX 指导教师姓名、职称： XXX老师 完成日期 XXXX 年 XX 月 XX日 PAGE 1 农村剩余劳动力转移问题研究 ——以XXXX市为例 摘 要 农村剩余劳动力转移是彻底解决“三农”问题的重要环节。通过对农村剩余劳动力的转移，缓解了农村社会、经济矛盾，降低了社会主义新农村建设的风险，这对于增加农民经济收入，改善生活质量，促进农村经济又快又好发展和实现农村稳定繁荣，起到至关重要的作用。 近年来，农村剩余劳动力转移已经达到一定规模，转移劳动力即“外出就业”提高了农民经济收入，同时引进了先进的技术和管理理念加快农村经济发展，然而，市场不稳定不确定因素仍然较多，农民工自身素质，企业转型，政府改革等因素相互交织，体制性矛盾和结构性问题叠加在一起，增加了农村劳动力转移的难度。农村剩余劳动力转移在改善农民生活水质量和发展农村经济中起到关键作用，研究农村剩余劳动力转移过程中中所存在的问题并找出相应的对策也特别重要。 本文介绍了中国农村剩余劳动力转移历程，在对普宁市农村劳动力现状和基本情况进行分析，探讨普宁市目前在农村劳动力转移过程中取得的成果和存在的问题，并提出解决当前农村劳动力剩余的对策，以实现农村稳定繁荣。 关键词：普宁农村 剩余劳动力 劳动力转移方式 转移的对策 Study on the Problems of Rural Surplus Labor Transfer——Take Puning for example Abstract The transfer of rural surplus labor is completely an important part of solving the problem of the three rural .
