民航业低成本运营模式分析--以春秋航空为例.doc

PAGE 23 摘要 随着我国社会经济的发展，人们的生活水平有了大大的改善，这使得人们出行对航空运输的需求增加。航空业大众化的趋势愈加明显。然而对于普遍民众来说，飞机出行仍然属于高消费，大众急切需要价廉、安全的航空公司来满足需求。 在2004年期间，我国出现了首家低成本航空即春秋航空公司，其出现便迅速得到市场认同，其独特的经营模式和成本管理控制方法也成为民航业关注的重点领域。 随着近几年我国国家政策和资金的支持，低成本航空快速发展，目前作为第一家低成本运营的春秋航空公司在2015年上市。面对广阔的市场需求，本文对春秋航空的低成本管理模式进行探究，分析其存在的不足及优势，然后提出对应的建议与对策，希望对我国民航业低成本航空成本管理及发展能有一定的借鉴参考作用。 关键词：低成本运营；春秋航空公司；民营航空；成本管理 Abstract With the development of Chinas social economy, peoples living standards have been greatly improved, which makes people travel to air transport needs increased. Aviation industry increasingly obvious trend of popularity. However, for the general public, air travel is still high consumption, the public urgently need cheap, safe airlines to meet demand.In 2004, the first appeared in our country that low-cost airline Spring Airlines, which quickly recognized by the market, its unique business model and management of cost control methods has become the focus of attention in the field of civil aviation industry. With the support of Chinas national policies and funds in recent years, low-cost aviation rapid development, as the first low-cost operation of the Spring Airlines listed in 2015.
