This design content mainly includes the establishment of the project department,the development of the main partial sub item engineering construction scheme,and the progress management plan, quality management plan, cost management plan, safety management plan, resource management plan, risk management plan and so on.At the same time,this design has established building information model of the case,combined with BIM technology,this design also has expounded its application in engineering construction management stage.
