Thus it supports thetournament theory. T hecontrol right is shiftedinto thehandof board of directors becauseof theformalistic supervising right, therefore there exist thesituation that theboard of directors is arbitrary in pay system that leads to the possibility that tournament in centive could be twisted in listed corporations in China. Thereforethelisted corporations in Chinamust strengthen the im plementation of supervising right owned by board of supervisors.
