D ata analysis also indicates that the m ain factors that lim it p rofe ssional developm en t activitie s are heavy work load, deviation of teach ing con tent from p ractical need s, unrea sonab le tim e arrangem en t, lack of fo llow up gu idance, and the lim ited comp etence of m ain teacher. The samp le teach ers show strong need s of getting further education on M a ster degree, and low need s on train ings that aim at con tinuou s teach ing credit.
