建设科技 2019 年6 月下 交 流 探 讨 CONSTRUCTION SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY 总第386 期 上海市园林绿化土壤抽检质量与质检管理建议 丁磊 (上海市绿化和市容（林业）工程管理站 ，上海200020) [摘要]本文为摸清本市园林绿化工程建设时的实际土壤质量，分别采集了不同工程的土壤，进行了土壤pH 、EC 值、 有机质的测试与分析。结果表明：不同工程土壤pH 合格率相差较大，浦江大居仍以碱性和强碱性为主；总体土壤 无盐分积累，但浦江郊野公园低于正常值的土壤也占80% ，说明可溶性养分含量较低；土壤有机质的合格率也相差 较大，浦江大居的土壤有机质60% 合格的土壤也刚够合格线。据此，建议调整见证取样送样制度，加强检测单位检 测的专业性培训，适当增加土壤质量监督抽检项目。 [关键词]园林绿化土壤 ；质量抽检；质检管理 Proposal on Quality Inspection of Soils and Quality Management for Landscape in Shanghai Ding Lei (Shanghai Greening and Appearance (Forestry) Project Management Station, Shanghai, 200020) Abstract :In order to find out the real quality of the city’s soil, samples of different projects were collected during the construction of landscaping projects, as well as pH value, EC value and organic matter of them were tested and analyzed. The results indicate that the qualified rate of soils from different projects are quite different, and it is still alkaline or strong alkaline of the large residential area in Pujiang Town. Generally there is no salt accumulation in soil, however the pH value of 80% soil in Pujiang Country Park was lower than normal, so it indicates that the soluble nutrient content is low. The qualified rate of soil organic matter is also quite different. The soil containing 60% organic matter in the large residential area of Pujiang Town is just qualified. Accordingly, it is recommended to adjust the witness sampling and sample delivery policy, strengthen the professional training of testing institutions, and increase the supervision and inspection items of soil quality appropriately.
