城市燃气管网设计规划毕业答辩论文 PAGE PAGE 1 摘要 石油、天然气、电力逐年上升，呈现健康发展的势头。其中天然气工业被列为“十五”期间国民经济鼓励发展的重要产业，并制定了遵循“多种能源、多种途径、因地制宜、合理利用”的能源发展方针，实施了“西气东输”、“海气上岸”、“LNG登陆”、“引进俄罗斯天然气”等的天然气开发利用总体部署。作为“西气东输”工程的有利补充，液化天然气(LNG)工程应运而生，在输气管道无法敷设到的地区，LNG的应用发挥着无以比拟的优势。一方面可提高城市居民的生活质量，提升城市品位；另一方面，可为本市工业经济的发展注入强大的动力，保持良好的生态环境，带动经济发展，增强城市整体综合实力，带来可观的经济效益和显著的社会效益。 关键词： 天然气；能源建设；科技进步 Abstract Petroleum, natural gas, electric power is increasing year by year, showing a healthy development momentum. The natural gas industry was listed as an important industry in fifteen to encourage the development of national economy,and the development of the follow the multiple energy, a variety of ways, suit ones measures to local conditions, reasonable use energy development policy,the implementation of the west east gas transmission, air sea landing, LNGlanding , the introduction of Russian gas gas and other natural gasdevelopment and utilization of the overall deployment. As a favorable supplement of West East Gas Transmission project, liquefied natural gas (LNG)project emerge as the times require, in not laying pipeline area, the application of LNG plays an unparalleled advantage. A city can improve the quality of life of residents, promote the city grade; on the other hand, can be injected into thestrong power for the development of the industrial economy, maintain the good ecological environment, promote economic development, enhance the overall strength of the whole city, bring considerable economic and social benefit.
