Canadian government takes serious in legislating and re vising competition law for creating a justice , efficient and competitive market environment. Since the first competition legislative in 1889 , Canada has created comparable perfect competition law system with its own characteristics. After the brief introduction of charac teristics of Canadian competition law , this article mainly introduces the entity of the Canada competition law , namely the monopolistic practices , unfair competition practices and restricted competition practices of the Canada competition law system.
