國際物流基礎人才能力培訓與業界需求差異之探討 The Differences in the Professional Skills between the Supply in Academics and the Demand from International Logistics Industry 陳韜 Tao Chen 1 江育美 Yu-Mei Chiang2 1 開南管理學院航運與物流管理研究所助理教授（E-mail:chentao@mail.knu.edu.tw） 2 醒吾技術學院行銷流通系兼任講師（E-mail:09 1034@mail.hwc.edu.tw） 1 國際物流基礎人才能力培訓與業界需求差異之探討 The Differences in the Professional Skills between the Supply in Academics and the Demand from International Logistics Industry 摘要 由於全球化與資訊化的影響，「國際物流」已成為企業發展所需的必要條件之 一。但是由於國際物流之涵蓋面與深度於近年來快速發展，因此相關學系之人才培 育漸漸無法趕上業界之需求，此一現象已成為國際物流未來發展之隱憂。因此為瞭 解國際物流人才應具之能力，本研究藉由層級分析法（ AHP ），以產業界需求面的角 度，探討並分析國際物流人才能力需求之優先指標。研究結果顯示國際物流人才能 力之培育應以「國際物流專業能力」為首要考量，而英文能力、策略規劃研究、國 際物流管理與企業實習則為亟需加強的項目。同時本研究之成果可提供相關單位及 學校作為國際物流人才培育與課程規劃之參考。 關鍵詞：國際物流；專業能力；層級分析法。 Abstract The emergence of globalization has made international logistics become one of the major services provided by international enterprises. But the practitioners trained by universities could not meet the demand of the fast growing industry; there are huge gap between the demand and the supply of skills and knowledge needed. This paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze in detail the demand of knowledge in international logistics industry, finding out which subjects are most important. The result shows that the ‘knowledge of international logistics’ is the most important one, the others are English ability, strategic management, international logistics management and industry practice. The results of this study could also provide a good reference for universities to programme their international logistics courses and training. Keywords: International Logistics; Competence; Ana
