Our country began in 2001, it requires companies to have independent directors to establish rules and regulations, after years of development, the system has been basically established in our country. However, because our country is still in the primary stage of socialism, the market economy system is not perfect, the system in all aspects of society needs to be further improved. Therefore, independent director system in China, there are still many defects. Independent director system in-depth analysis and research, pointed out that the impact of the current independent director system problems and shortcomings, and these shortcomings of our society, and then through in-depth analysis, suggestions and ways to solve the defects of our system of independent directors.
