PAGE XII PAGE XII Southwest university of science and technology 本科毕业设计（论文） 天津颐和阁高层商住楼给排水设计 学院名称 土木工程与建筑学院 专业名称 建筑环境与能源应用工程 学生姓名 李 金 辉 学号指导教师 邓军 讲师 二〇一三年六月 西南科技大学本科生毕业论文 PAGE I 天津颐和阁高层商住楼给排水设计 摘要：本次设计为一栋十九层高的商住楼。本建筑物所有给水排水均按二类高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况，根据建筑物的性质，用途，和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备，具体的给排水系统设计如下： 生活给水系统：本建筑给水系统采用分区给水的形式，低区由室外市政管网直接供水，中区和高区均设变频泵结合气压罐的给水方式。 排水系统：本设计采用污废水合流排放的体制。管材部分采用UPVC管，部分设置单独通气管的方式。 消防系统：该建筑防火等级属于中危险级Ⅰ级，设计内容包括消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统。 本设计以经济、环保、节能为原则，通过借鉴以前的设计方法和经验，采用了合理的技术措施，使设计的各个系统达到了很好的使用效果。 关键词：生活给水； 排水； 消火栓； 自动喷淋 The Design of Water Supply and Drainage System of High Commercial Residence in Tianjin Abstract: This design is mainly for a high building with 19 floors. All the water supply and drainage systems of this building are designed according to requirements of the second level high building. Combined with the practical situation, and according to the nature and use of this building as well as the perfect water supply and drainage equipments indoors, the specific design of the water supply and drainage system are as follows: The domestic water supply system: the water supply system of this building is in the form of original supply, lower areas are directly supplied by the municipal water supply pipe outside, and the central as well as the higher areas adopts the way which is connected with pressure tank. The drainage system: this design adopts the system of discharging the unclean and waste water together. The pipe part adopts UPVC spiral pipe, while some other parts of the design use a separate vent pipe. The fire-extinguishing system : The fire prevention level of this building belongs to levelⅠ. The content of this design includes both the fire hydrant system and the automatic sprinkler system. This design is in the principle of economy, environmental protection and energy saving, by analyzing the previous designing methods and experience as well as using reasonable technical measures, to make every system of this design achiev
