However, it will result in lost sales and dissatisfied customers when production delays of enterprises. Maintaining a high stock of inventory levels avoid lost sales and dissatisfied customers, but it will increase the cost of inventory. So it’s difficult to maintain the economic inventory level. In order to help business reducing losses when suffering inventory risk, we can adapt key factors to help companies reducing their losses by rapidly improve the inventory problem. This paper develop framework of ANP base on the literature review which identifies key factors with 80/20 rule. Keywords: Inventory risk 、ANP
