沈阳工学院 本科毕业论文 论文题目：天津海河悦榕庄酒店员工流失原因分析及对策 学 院： 专 业： 班 级： 学生姓名: 2016年3月 日 摘要 近年来，随着人民生活水平的提高，酒丿占行业得到了飞速的发展。酒 店业是国民经济各行各业中发展最快的行业之一。但是，随着酒店业的蓬 勃发展，酒店员工流失现彖越来越严重，不仅造成了酒店企业技能和经验 的流失，酒店的品牌信誉受损，员工的忠诚度和凝聚力降低，而且直接威 胁到酒店企业的生存与发展。 本文从酒店、个人两个层面对酒店员工流失原因进行分析，旨在通过 对人力资源相关理论的研究与分析，结合国内外酒店发展的现状分析，以 天津海河悦榕庄酒店员工流失分析及对策为酒店研究背景，全面分析总结 该酒店人才流失的原因并提出相应对策，以达到降低酒店成木，保证酒店 的优质服务，提高酒店市场竞争力的目的。 关键词：酒店；员工流失；分析；对策 Abstract: In recent years, with the peoples living standards increase, the hotel industry was booming, the hotel industry is the fastest growing economy in all trades and industries, however, as one of the hospitality industry is booming, the hotel staff wastage is more and more serious, not only caused the hotel business skills and experience of loss, the credibility of the brand and employee loyalty and cohesion, and direct threat to the hotel business survival and development.
