腺病毒载体的研究进展 高骞 生物科学基地班 2009113051 腺病毒载体的研究进展 高骞 （西北大学生命科学学院，西安，710069） 摘要：腺病毒因具有易感染性、宿主范围广、毒性低、使用安全、容纳量大、非整合性等特点，使得腺病毒载体成为基因转移中最有前途的基因载体之一。但由于腺病毒载体在体内靶向性差、免疫原性强、半衰期短，限制了其在基因治疗中的作用。为解决上述问题，可对腺病毒载体的衣壳蛋白进行遗传改造或表面修饰。本文对腺病毒及腺病毒载体的研究进展做一简要综述，为进一步优化和改良腺病毒载体提供参考。 关键词：腺病毒；腺病毒载体；研究进展 Advances in adenovirus vectors Abstract: Adenovirus has a variety of merits: a vulnerability, a wide host range, a low toxity, a use of safety and non-integrity, which made adenovirus vectors become one of the most promising gene vector in the gene transfer.
