They constituted the 25th group admitted into the Republic of China from Indochina. The total number of the ethnic Chinese refugees from Indochina accepted by the Republic of China is, as of this date, 12,451. Among them, 4,407 were airlifted by the Republic of China Government and 1,635 were boat people picked up by Republic of China vessels and taken to Taiwan for settlement. It will be greatly appreciated, if you will transmit the above information to the Office of the Coordinator for Refugee Affairs, Department of State and other agencies concerned. （二）商务邀请函 (Salutation) I would hereby invite the members of Beijing delegation totally 4 persons (listed attachment) led by you, to come over to ***(country) for *** (exposition), which is to be held at *** (place)during *** (date).
