Warm-up and lead-in Show a video about the Dragon Boat Festival Talk about what the video is about. 通过关于端午节的视频，让学生学习了解端午节的知识，为正式篇的学习做好背景铺垫，帮助学生预测文章主旨大意。 II. Pre-reading Predict: Look at the pictures on the book. Can you guess what this passage is about? It’s about_________. A: How to make zongzi B: How to have boat races C: The dragon Boat Festival—differences between China and the US. 带领学生看课本图片，引导学生预测文章的大意。 III . While-reading (1) Reading strategy: Divide the article into four parts. 将文章分成四部分。 (2) Scanning (Moving eyes quickly down the page to find the information.) 运用扫读的阅读策略找到与问题相关的信息，培养学生快速阅读的技巧 Let students read the first sentence of each part and match the main idea with them.
