NGD3.0 series diesel engine
● Utilizing an Aluminum 16 valves Cylinder head: Vertical layout-central fuel injector, with high efficiency and integrated intake system.
●Common rail fuel injection system: Piezoelectric controlled. Peak injection pressure: 1600 bar
● Cooling exhaust gas re-circulation system
● Electronic system: 16-Bit ECU. Multi-channel communicating Protocol. On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) system for Diesel fueled Vehicle
●Chain transmission timing system: Duplex chain transmission system with automatic tensioners for reliability.

Structure features:
Reduce NVH: Flexibility combustion process, low dp/D ф,(不太明白) which make combustion noise improve obviously, adopting chain transmission without without interuption,which greatly reduces transmission noise and temperature controlling fan clutch is available带温控风扇离合器
Combustion improvement: Overhead camshaft, four valves, two separate free-air diffuser/air inlet are tangential inlet and spiral inlet, (不太明白)adopting piezoelectric high pressure common rail makes injection more accurate.
Ecological: Adopting ecological oil filter, EGR with cooler and after treatment technology of exhaust gas 尾气, which makes emission meet Euro V.
