[摘摇 要]摇 血小板微粒是血小板在激活或凋亡过程中释放的超微膜性囊泡。 它不仅是重要的促血栓和促炎症物
质,还作为多种生物活性物质的载体介导生物信息在细胞间传递。 血小板微粒参与凝血、免疫炎症及血管功能等
方面的调控,在动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展过程中发挥重要的作用,有可能成为心血管疾病新的生物标志和治疗靶
点。 本文主要针对血小板微粒的生物学特性及其在心血管疾病中的作用进行综述。

[ABSTRACT]摇 Platelet鄄derived microparticle (PMP) is small plasma membrane vesicles shed from platelets upon their
activationorapoptosis. NotonlyPMPistheimportantprothromboticandproinflammatory substance,butalsoitsfunctionis
used as vehiclefor many kindsof bioactive substancesmediating intracellular transfer of biological information. PMP isin鄄
volvedinregulationofcoagulation,immuneinflammationandvascularfunction,playingkeyrolesintheoccurrenceandde鄄
velopment of atherosclerosisandpossiblybecominganewbio鄄markerandtherapeutictargetof cardiovasculardiseases. This
review will mainly focus on biological characteristics of PMP and its roles in cardiovascular diseases.
