本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV 摘 要 本设计的主要内容包括：汽车起动机的选择和起动机保护电路设计；蓄电池容量的确定和选择；汽车发电机容量的确定及其保护电路；电子电压调节电路设计及器件的选择；汽车点火系统设计；汽车照明系统设计；汽车信号系统设计等。 选择起动机时，从起动机功率、起动机与发动机曲轴的传动比以及蓄电池的容量等方面选择了QD1225型号的起动机。QD1225型汽车的起动机驱动保护电路是一起动符合继电器，由起动继电器和保护继电器两部分组成。经过计算确定蓄电池的容量为54(Ah)。通过交流发电机各类调节器的比较及其计算，选择内装集成电路调节器。在汽车点火系统选择上，通过对比传统点火系和电子点火系的优缺点后，选用电子点火系中的霍尔效应式。汽车的照明系统和信号系统是在国家规定的安全基础上，选择经济、耐用、美观的器件。通过计算汽车上用电设备的用电量，汽车发电机的工作电流为50A，额定电压为12V，型号为JF152。发电机的保护电路为稳压管加继电器保护电路。 关键词：蓄电池；发电机；点火系统；照明系统； Abstract This design’s primary content includes: The car starts the choice of machine with start a machine protection electric circuit a design;The storage battery capacity really settles with choose;The car generator capacity really settles and its protection electric circuit;The electronics electric voltage regulates electric circuit design and the choice of spare part;The car lights fire system a design;The car illuminates a system design; The system design of the car signal and so on.
