地道桥钢盾构内力计算方法及优化设计研究 黄勇军1 巢万里2 (1 湖南建工交通建设有限公司 湖南 长沙 410005 ; 2 湖南省交通科学研究院 湖南 长沙 410015) 摘要:为了合理计算地道桥钢盾构内力,在分析现有钢盾构结构内力计算方法的不足基础上,提出一种考虑核心土作用的弹性地基梁计算模式,结合钢盾构法施工实际工程,利用ANSYS有限元软件模拟盾构不同部位的受力特性,将计算结果与现场监测结果对比验证计算方法的合理性,并提出相应的盾构设计优化建议。研究结果表明:核心土高度变化对盾构内力影响较大,不考虑核心土作用会导致计算结果偏大;而本文推荐的弹性地基梁计算模式能更好的反映盾构的实际受力情况;横梁、中柱以及盾构前部边柱安全储备偏高,而盾构尾部门架边柱安全储备偏低;横梁和中柱材料适当降低工字钢的型号,边柱的工字钢放置方式旋转90°,可以节省大量钢材,提高盾构施工的安全性。 关键词:地道桥;钢盾构;数值分析;核心土;内力计算 ;弹性地基梁 中图分类号:U451 文献标识码:A Research on internal force calculation method and the optimization design of tunnel bridge steel shield structure Huang yongjun1,Chao wanli2 ( Hunan Communications Research Institute Hunan changsha 410015) ABSTRACT:In order to calculate the internal force of tunnel bridge steel reasonably ,based on analysing the shortages of the existing structure internal force calculation method of steel shield,a steel shield structure internal force calculation model of the elastic foundation beam considering the role of core soil is proposed ;combined with the actual engineering, shield construction process is simulated by ANSYS finite element software and rationality of the calculation method is verified by comparing the calculation results with the field monitoring results and the corresponding shield design optimization tips are proposed. The results show that changes of core soil height has a great influence on the internal force of shield and cross beams,and calculation results without regard for the role of core soil are much larger and conservativer than results with regard for the role of core soil which can better reflect the actual forces of the shield; safety reserve with the middle columns 、cross beams and the front side columns of the shield is much higher than side columns of the shield tail section; the type of I-beam of cross beams and middle columns is properly reduced, and simultaneously the placement of side columns is rotated 90 °,which can save a lot of steel and improve the safety of the shield c
