This article proceeds with concept of enterprises logistics , then explains and analysis the trend of it .On this basis, Pointing out the bottleneck of the enterprises logistics of our country and putting forward the suggestion of some settlement . At last, combining the current situation that enterprises of our country use the information system of the logistics, Putting forward the investment direction of the logistics information system of our countrys enterprise and the basic system structure. Nowadays world, the competition of business enterprise is the competition of comprehensive real strenght, the logistics working talent is one of the business enterprise main working talent, so is praised forthe third square profits source, is also paid attention to by more and more business enterprises.Therefore, the information-based management has become the basic mode of modern business enterprise, the logistics of business enterprise is information-based irresistible general trend already.
