企业成本管理模式探讨 摘要 企业成本管理是以企业全局为管理对象，根据企业总体发展战略而制定的，它对企业经济的发展及其内部的管理是至关重要的，都影响着企业的发展和整体经济的进步。 本文通过对成本及其管理模式的探索，研究目前企业管理存在的几种模式，和运用时存在的基本问题，以及影响此模式存在的原因，综合运用各种现行企业存在的管理模式，通过他们所采取的模式所取得的成功以及失败来说明社会主义经济体制下现行企业模式的利弊。为各大中型企业提供可以参考的案例，明白企业应当采取怎样的模式才能更好地促进企业的健康发展，对企业今后成本管理模式发展指明大致的方向。 关键词：企业成本，成本管理，模式 Abstract Summary cost object management is based on the enterprise global to management, developed according to the enterprises overall development strategy, it is critical to economic development and its internal management of enterprises, will affect the progress of the development of enterprises and the economy as a whole.
