PAGE w PAGE 3 摘 要 我国是农业大国，农业用水等缺口大，水体等污染严重，解决农业用水等问题的的出路，除了充分用好现有水资源，普遍实施节之外，还需要把城镇居民生活污水和由于水体污染而不宜作为灌溉的这部分水，进行无害化处理并使之资源化，回收利用，这对舒缓未来用水等危机有重要作用，该文重点探讨了用臭氧对农业废弃物进行无害化处理的原理及可靠性。通过农业废弃物无害化处理，农业用水等安全有了保障，农产品不受污染，提高产品质量。螺旋搅拌臭氧杀菌消毒装置是“移动式农业废弃物臭氧无害化处理系统”的组成部分，该系统生产臭氧，对系统中经粉碎的农业废弃物进行螺旋搅拌，臭氧对其消毒杀菌更均匀、彻底、迅速。 在本课题中，主要开发设计一种适用于使用臭氧对农业废弃物消毒杀菌的装置。该设备具有以下特点：第一、自产臭氧；第二、臭氧与农业废弃物螺旋混合搅拌；第三、结构设计使臭氧分布均匀，消毒杀菌均匀、彻底、迅速。本设计提到了螺旋池的设计，搅拌机的设计以及其工艺流程。 关键词：螺旋池；搅拌机；螺旋搅拌；臭氧 ABSTRACT China is a large agricultural country, agriculture and water gap, serious pollution of water bodies, and solve the problem of agricultural water, the way out, and make full use of existing water resources, a common practice in the section, town residents also need to sewage and water pollution should not be this part of the irrigation water, harmless treatment and resource recovery use, which relieve future water crisis, the paper focuses on the sound of ozone on agricultural waste processing principles and reliability.
