2012届毕业设计说明书 毕 业 设 计 说 明 书 毕业设计（论文）中文摘要 题目 自动旋盖机结构设计 摘要： 旋盖机是自动灌装生产线的主要设备之一，它是封口机的一种，广泛用于玻璃瓶或PET 瓶的螺纹盖封口。由于螺纹盖具有封口快捷、开启方便及开启后瓶又可重新旋上瓶盖等优点，所以一些不含气的液料，诸如饮料、酒类、调味料等类似瓶包装的封口中大量采用螺纹盖封口。 为了适应现代包装机高速、高效和高可靠性生产的需要，在广泛吸收国内外先进机型的基础上，本课题设计了全自动旋盖机。它靠异步电动机带动传送带实现瓶子的输入和输出，中间在传送带上部巧妙地安置了转盘，给旋盖工作带来很大的便利，也大大提高了效率，旋盖装置更是此次设计的关键部件，靠步进电机带动空心轴以及其下部的杆机构旋转，同时由下部的气缸带动整个装置上下运动两个运动合成实现了旋盖过程。不但结构简单明了，操作方便而且本课题的设计实现了从进瓶到出瓶的全部自动化，具有速度可调、定位准确、旋盖可靠、运行平稳、无噪音和不伤瓶盖等优点，克服了传统机构的缺点,总体上达到了我们预期设计的目标。 关键词： 旋盖机 螺纹盖 自动化 转盘 毕业设计（论文）外文摘要 Title Automatic Capping Machine Design Abstract： Capping machine is one of the main equipment of the automatic filling production line, which is a kind of sealing machine, and widely used in glass or PET bottles sealed with screw cap. Screw cap with sealing the fast, is easy to open and can be re-opened after the bottle screw cap on the bottle, etc. so some non-gas liquid material, such as beverages, wine, seasonings and the like in a large number of the sealed bottles with screw cover seal.
