中国最大的论文知识平台 摘 要 随着生产领域“利润源泉”的日益枯竭，物流逐渐被世人重视，特别是在社会和企业的客观要求下，第三方物流日益成为物流发展的主流。随着经济全球化进程的迅速发展和信息技术的应用，越来越多的公司趋向于把物流业务外包给第三方物流公司运作。经历了短短的十几年的发展，全世界的第三方物流市场已明显表现出了潜力大、渐进性和高增长率的特征。第三方物流企业的发展历史不同，其运作模式有很大差异，对一个第三方物流企业而言，应该选择怎样的物流运作模式关系其经营业绩的好坏，特别是中小型第三方物流企业更是如此。 本文从物流的相关理论出发，论述了现代物流的现状和发展趋势，并对第三方物流企业的基本类型作出阐述。以A冷冻有限公司为例，在对其运作模式进行分析的基础上，分析了存在的问题，提出了一对一的服务模式解决资源限制的问题。 关键词：中小型、第三方物流、运作模式、一对一 ABSTRACT Along with the Profits Headspring of producting realm increasingly dryingup, people start to pay attention to the Third Profitscurrency realm. After more than ten years development, the Third-Party Locistics markets have put up the characteristics with high potential, high increment speed. Based on the theory of logistics, this paper analyses logistics condition anddeveloping tends.describes the Third-Party Logistics enterprisesform.From the A, analysis based on its mode of operation, Analysis of the problems, propose One to one service model to solve the problem of resource constraints.
