?河南省科技厅一般资助项目(20139087345） 外固定支架复位结合克氏针对桡骨远端骨折腕关节功能恢复的影响 付立策 ? 河南省军区直属医院创伤骨科显微外科?， 河南郑州? ??450003??????????????????? 【摘要】目的 探讨外固定支架与克氏针联合用于桡骨远端骨折对患者腕关节功能的影响。方法 2012年8月-2015年7月期间132例桡骨远端骨折患者以数字表法随机分为观察组与对照组，每组66例，观察组给予外固定支架结合克氏针治疗，对照组给予手法复位小夹板固定治疗，对比两组患者临床表现、腕关节功能恢复情况。结果 两组患者治疗前掌倾角、尺偏角比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后两组掌倾角、尺偏角均显著增加，与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05），但治疗后两组掌倾角、尺偏角比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)；观察组患者手背消肿时间、疼痛环节时间以及骨折愈合时间均显著短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；观察组患者腕关节功能优良率为87.9%，明显高于对照组的69.7%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 外固定支架结合克氏针用于桡骨远端骨折的治疗，复位固定可靠，术后恢复快，腕关节功能恢复理想，值得推广。 【关键词】外固定支架；克氏针；桡骨远端骨折；腕关节功能 Influence on the recovery of Wrist function of external fixation combined with kirschner wires internal fixation in distal radius fractures Fu Lice, Department of orthopedics Affiliated Hospital of Henan province military trauma, Henan Zhengzhou 450003 【Abstract】Objective To discuss the clinical effects and the influence on the recovery of wrist function of external fixation combined with kirschner wires internal fixation in patients with distal radius fracture.
