PAGE 我国民间金融问题的研究 摘　　要 改革开放以后，随着市场经济的发展，民间金融异军突起，在促进经济发展中起着越来越重要的作用。不管政府的态度如何，民间金融活跃的现实是不容质疑的。但同样民间金融还存在着不少的问题，中国现代民间金融是市场化改革过程中产生的一种不同于正规金融制度的制度安排，有其产生的客观必然性，也有其自身的缺点和弱点，它既能促进经级的发展，同时也给社会经济的运行带来了一定的风险。 本文从民间金融的现状入手，来分析当代我国民间金融存在的主要问题，主要包括抗风险能力弱、易引发经济纠纷、利率失控、利率较高、影响国家宏观调控的效果等问题，以及民间金融存在的客观必然性。在此基础上，提出了规范性发展民间金融的相关建议。 关键词：民间金融； 民间金融的特征； 民间金融的路径选择 Our country folk finance problem research ABSTRACT After the reform and opening up,and With the development of market economy, folk finance a new force suddenly rises.
